WHO AM I? Just a pilgrim on a journey. (But I have a Companion!) . Heading on the Road to Emmaus. This is about my faith walk. I'm a: Sweet, Steely Southern Belle (well, for the most part!). I love my Family (husband, 5 grown kids/their spouses) and all my (10) grand kidlets and my church:Church at Ross Bridge. (ONE) of my fav Bible verses: Luke 24: 13-35, describes my journey..... And my eyes were opened with "the breaking of the bread". And it happens, Every. Single. Time.

It's been awhile!
It's been awhile since I've been on this blog! I have two now (HAHA) --the other one I write mostly thoughts, etc. and do post a few pix. But I still love "BLOGGER" blogs. Easier to work with/on!!! So....I'm BACK!!!!
The little sailor that I posted pix of last, well, he is HOME! Along with his DADDY and MOMMY! yay! they now live in Pelham! It's a joy to have them back in the 'Ham!!! ryder is growing so fast and is at such a cute age, love that age! He and Carter both are going to turn 3 very soon! Carter--April 11 and Ryder--May 2.
Let's see, what's been going on?? I guess to find out you need to read my OTHER blog! HA! (I will post the address at the bottom.) > Just busy/busy and back to walking again to get back into shape once again. I let it slide for awhile, now is the time to get back on TRACK (literally). I do so love my "walking trail" but it's just the motivation I sometimes need. If I don't walk on the trail, then I will walk somewhere else. Like TARGET, maybe? HAHA
Everyone is doing well. Mimi is heading towards her ONE HUNDRED BIRTHDAY on August 14. I truly cannot believe it! Neither can she! She was so cute talking about it. "think I'll make it?" she asks and laughs!
My trip to WDW with the Cullens was awesome! We got to celebrate Ella-Kate's FIRST BIRTHDAY there! It was soooo much fun. Picture perfect weather--never been when the weather was so perfect.Carter loved the characters!!!! NOT! LOL! Despite the fact Carter wasn't too happy seeing the characters at mealtimes, he loved the rest of it! Figures, his favorite was the Merry-Go-Round. Guess next time they can just take him to the Galleria for that fix and save some money! HA!
Terry just got back from another trip to Jamaica. Let's see now, "Mission Trip # ????" I wish we had written down each time he has gone. I bet Doc knows (Donnie). I'll have to ask him sometime. I'd like to know! He said they had a good trip--getting ready for some new teams to go down this summer!
For Kemp/Daisy's SPRING BREAK , I got to go along again (I'm good at snagging trips with my kids/grands!), and we went to: ATLANTA! got to see the Cullens and I also went with Nat/kids to "LegoLand" in Atlanta. It was fun!kemp, of course, all into Legos....
